We have been made aware of scam calls being made to patients claiming to be from GP surgeries or the NHS.
Callers have been threatening patients that they will be removed from their GP practice unless they provide personal details or make a payment.

Please be assured:

• We will never call to ask for payment or personal information such as bank details.

• You will never be removed from our patient list as a result of refusing to provide such information over the phone.

• If you receive a suspicious call, do not share any personal details and report it to us directly.
