When We Are Closed

Cover is provided at the following times when the surgery is closed:

• Weekdays: 18:30 – 08:00
• Weekends/Public Holidays: From Friday 18:30 – 08:00 Monday

During these times please telephone NHS 111 for the local out-of-hours service.

Your nearest Hospital with A/E Department is at St Mary’s Hospital, Newport. Please telephone 01983 524081.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
